I have blogged about the BabbaBox before and this last box was awesome!! It was filled with tons of fun healthy food crafts. I loved the craft for the Kids Grocery List. I would never think to do it myself, but here is how to do it :)
What you will need
- Different colored pieces of felt
- A folder with a pocket
- Glue
- Picture squares of foods you buy (I am sure you could google this)
- Velcro
- Glue one colored felt piece to one side of the folder
- Cut out your food pictures and separate them by category: we did fruit, veggie, protein, dairy, grain. Place each set of food groups on a different color felt piece. Cut out the felt so you have a small border around each picture.
- Glue each picture to a felt square.
- Attach your sticky velcro piece to your folder felt piece that you glued earlier.
- Voila….you can attach the food felt pieces to your velcro list and place the rest of the pieces in your folder pocket.
Cody LOVED making this. He cut out all the pieces and helped glue them and thought he was hot stuff at the store the next day :) it was super cute and a great way to get the kids involved in the grocery shopping trip and teach about the nutrition of different foods!
I am sure this would be easy enough for all you crafters, but I will stick with getting a BabbaBox for the more complicated crafts. I like that it saves me from having to go to the store to round-up all the supplies. Everything I need is in one box! Can’t beat that!
What are your favorite crafts to do with the kids?

So cute! We LOVE Charlie and Lola! I just got Luke the one about losing your baby teeth! He loves it especially because Charlie has a funny little sister! ha ha! Great book and fun craft!
You know I would not have done this one on my own, but we had fun doing it!!
