We had our first day at home, all day, in what seems like forever! It was wonderful! The hubs has undertaken a HUGE project in our back yard (which I will post about at some point!) so when he is not at work, he is working on that! I have been crazy busy too and always running some where, but yesterday, on Father’s Day, we STAYED HOME! It was wonderful!!!
Me and the boys (well, Grayson just watched!), cooked a big breakfast for Daddy and let him sleep in! Which in the parent world is a gift in itself right?!
When daddy came down for breakfast Cody yelled, “Happy Father’s Day Dad”! We had worked on that all morning :) He had his yummy breakfast and then opened up cards from all of us, a picture Cody made for him and his gift, a gorgeous watch! The hubs is an electrician so he doesn’t wear any jewelry to work. He has been wanting a new nice watch for years, but I just didn’t want to spend the money on one since he only wears it on special occasions.
I decided to get one when we were at Warehouse B! You just CANNOT beat their prices! They had a beautiful assortment of watches and jewelry and I found just the right one for my man! They have a 14 day return policy on watches so I knew that if he didn’t like it we could take it back and find one he did like! Kim and I both LOVE Warehouse B and could not get over the prices!! If you find a price cheaper somewhere else, they will price match it! They even have an app they use in the store that finds the product for you at other stores and what it is priced at so you know you are getting the best dealio!
Overall, we had a great day and I think the hubs did too. We were all able to spend time together just chilling as a fam which was nice. Then we ordered dinner after the kids went to bed and watched some of our fav shows.

We spent Scott's father's day at his favorite place! The Lake… we even went for a boat ride on a Sunday which we never do! He also got breakfast and got to sleep in… kind of… ; ). The kids filled out these really cute surveys I found on Pintrest that asks all kinds of questions about Dad. He loved them. We also got him a Vintage #5 Johnny Bench Reds Shirt. Which he loved too!

I planned a Daddy/Son day for Jesse and Cole. They went on a helicopter ride (Cole loved it and J enjoyed the views, only $30/adult). Then I saw that LM&M was offering free train rides for dad, so they both took an hour long train ride for only $5! Pretty awesome. And J was excited to spend a whole day doing activities with Cole since it's usually me that takes him to most of this stuff.
