momStrong Fitness

I have talked in the past about different workouts that I have tried and I have another WONDERFUL one to add to the list! It is called momstrong Fitness and you are going to LOVE this one as much as I do!! Two local (to cincinnati) moms used to teach Stroller fit, which is no longer in business. They both decided that this was something they wanted to continue and started their own company, momStrong Fitness! What I love so much about this workout is that I can take Cody with me! In a nutshell, it is an exercise class that incorporates cardio and weights while your child(ren) are in their stroller. The last ten minutes of class you do floor work and you can let your kids run around and have some fun. The instructors bring toys to keep the kids busy and they sing songs and blow bubbles during class in case the kids get antsy in their strollers. The instructors motivate you and so do the other moms taking the class! I have been going for a few weeks now and every class is different. Now that it is cold, they have an indoor facility they use. When the weather improves, they go outdoors to a local park. How are the classes you ask?! Let me tell you, these classes kick my butt. I am in o.k. shape and taking these classes really made me have to step it up! It is such a great way to get in shape while also meeting other moms in your local area. You are building a sense of community with other moms and their kids so you and your kids have a ton of fun while exercising! I love that I am able to show Cody that exercising is fun and a normal part of a health lifestyle. He loves going to class now and knows that he gets play time afterwards so he doesn’t have a problem hanging in his stroller for the duration of the class.

Trust me, once you go you will get hooked, just like I did!! This is a great time to get started with it being right after the holidays and in the start of a new year. As momStrong Fitness says, “…even though we love our children, we many not love our post-baby body.” I can totally relate! So no matter what your fitness level is, give momStrong Fitness a try! You will not be disappointed!

What youre saying is completely accurate. I know that everybody should say the identical thing, but I just think that you place it inside a way that everybody can comprehend. I also love the images you put in right here. They fit so nicely with what youre attempting to say. Im sure youll get to so a lot of men and women with what youve got to say.
