Hey gals! We started this series because we wanted to inspire each other to dress like the “old us” while still being mom! It is hard to make the time for yourself while running a house, working, taking care of kids, the hubs and pretty much everything else! We are here to remind you that you are worth it and you deserve to take time out for yourself! I talked about some of my fav wardrobe staples and I had to post this pic of my adorable sis where she is wearing several of the staples I talked about! She is always talking about how she has no fashion sense and how she doesn’t have the eye for putting together outfits… you will agree with me- She is wrong! Look at how cute this outfit is and so comfy looking too! Great job sis!
She has dressed up a pair of jeans with an adorable jacket duo! She has a hooded sweatshirt jacket on with an adorable black jacket worn over it. It gives it such a rocker chic look, along with it looking dressy but also chill at the same time. I have seen several jackets at the store similar to this that cost a lot of money! I am sure we could all find a hoody and cute jacket we have in the closet and pair them together for the same hot look :) She has added a knitted hat to top off the look! Totally cute and totally adorable! LOVE IT! To change the look entirely you could throw a pair of jeggings on with some hot boots! Look at the adorable boots that I found on this awesome website, Endless! They have free overnight shipping and free return shipping on all their products! Even better :) Although these are a little pricey and I normally buy pay less for the prices, I highly recommend finding a good boot of high quality- you will have them FOREVER and they never go out of style! These are to die for!!!!!

I don't even wear bootcut. This season I am having the worst time finding flare jeans!! I hate the skinny jeans and jeggings. I do love cute boots though!! :)

Holly- you SO could wear jeggings! I really do think if you wear them and then pair it with a almost knee high boot it balances out the thigh. I have bigger thighs too and NEVER thought I could get away with wearing them… you should give it a try :)
Have you tried American Eagle? They have a lot of styles of jeans, including flare, I thought. The other store I have been wanting to try is Buckle. Supposedly they are expensive but have style to fit everyone!
